Birmingham Clothes show!

Hey guys so on Tuesday I got the chance to go to the clothes show  ! I went last year and I had an amazing time and to be honest I didn't think this year could top it
 but it did!

For my outfit I wanted to be warm and comfortable so this is what I went for!

The collections and different themes that were showcased this year were so quirky and new which is why in my opinion it topped last years show by a milestone.

My favourite part if the show is when they created their own interpretation of NY fashion week. The music,the background and the outfits made me feel like I was actually there!check out my instagram for a mini clip of that part of the show!

 And of course you cant go to the clothes show without having a look at some of the stalls! It was mostly vintage stalls which I like because I knew I was going to get a bargain and I have to say I did!

As soon as I saw this coat I knew I had to have it.

I've been looking for a trench coat in this style for ages and finally I found one! I couldn't believe it when the stall owner told me it is a vintage Burberry and because it was the last day of the clothes show everything had been reduced and I paid just £10 for it! One of the biggest bargains of the year!and it will definitely be featured in many OOTD's to come.

Balenciaga Esque

So I went to Westfield on Tuesday not looking for anything in particular, and then I saw these!

 

 As you guys can probably tell from my previous posts I love shoes and I'm a sucker for boots and trainers.

I've seen Kylie Jenner in these and I immediately fell in love. They look so expensive and very Balenciaga esque. the buckles, the structure everything about these boots remind me of balenciaga! 

Zara as always never fails to disappoint. You can dress these up and down so I'm definitely going to get my wear out of these.

Today was one of those days where I'm running late to college and i needed to choose something quick!

This look is one of my go to outfits for college. I love the way my air maxes go effortlessly with my copy of the rottweiler givenchy jumper! (one of my best buys) I paired it with black jeans and threw over my  denim gilet to give it more of an edge!

New York Bagel!

 So the other day I was watching the famous beauty crushes new vlog and I saw that she was having smoked salmon with scrambled egg at this industrial style restaurant(looked wicked) which is one of my favorite breakfasts ever. 

Ever since then I've been obsessed with having it with a cold glass orange juice for my breakfast.

It also reminded me of being in NYC earlier this year as this was my go to breakfast when I had enough of pancakes and syrup!(Cant wait to go back) Tastes amazing and is definitely another one of favorites this month.

I've been loving this duster coat lately It was such a bargain as I got money off it with student discount! I just throw it on with a shirt and a pair of jeans and it just completes the look. Definitely one of my monthly favourites!

Alexander Wang // H&M

As you all probably know Alexander Wang brought out a new range for H&M ,unlike some people I adore it.So simple, but with the different cuts and textures used in the garments it gives the collection an edge.

             

       

                   

   
On Thursday Wang launched his range in NYC, the set and models were amazing I was literally glued to my laptop. The amount of celebrities that were there to support the collection was staggering and I have no doubt that this collection will be successful. I've always been a fan of Wang, his collections are all so simple but effective which is what I admire so much. Definitely take a look at the show you wont regret it.

These are definitely my favourite pieces from the collection , im counting down the days to when they are available in stores. I cant wait to get my hands on some of them.

New Phone!!

Finally I have a new phone,I've waited too long to get rid of my 4S and it's never felt so good! 

I've upgraded to the rose gold iPhone 6 and I can definitely say I LOVE IT! The layout of the phone is amazing and for once I actually like the new IOS update, its so easy to navigate and makes things a lot clearer.

I can't wait to start uploading more Instagram pics because the camera on this is insane!

 I got this jacket a few weeks ago from missguided, they have brought out soo many nice coats this season and I found it hard to choose one. but eventually I chose this and I absolutely love it! It goes with anything and I feel that it pulls any outfit together.

My Weekend in Photos "WIRELESS FEST!"

So last weekend I went to Wireless festival , I went on the  Friday and Saturday, it was  one of the best experiences I've had this year and a great way to start my summer! I will definitely going next year.

 I got the chance to see some of my favourites artists including Kanye West ,Schoolboy Q, IGGY ,Pharrell Williams and many more!

Although drake cancelled two days before :/ which I was annoyed about this meant I was able to see Kanye perform twice! and if you know me, you would know I am a huge Kanye West fan,so being able to see him twice was an amazing opportunity!

Stella McCartney dupes 'ish'

I have been eyeing up the Stella McCartney Hadley boots and the Jeffery Campbell Mulders for a while, however the Stella McCartney boots are way out of my price range and every time I go to buy the Mulders they were out of stock so i searched the web for the dupes of them and found these bad boys!

They aren't exactly the same because of the Chelsea boot like band but the chunky soles is what sold me! I am more of a trainer and black boots kind of girl and I never really go for heels, but as soon as the chunky sole started popping up everywhere I had no choice but to join the band wagon! these are very high but the the most comfortable things ever I would recommend them to anyone.

They're from a website called www.my1stwish.co.uk they do a range amazing shoes like these, at amazing prices definitely check them out ! These booties cost me £29.99 which I thought was a absolute bargain! the delivery was also really fast and I will definitely will be purchasing from them again.

The boots are around 4.5 inches and bearing in mind I am 5 ft 8 i am going to be a BFG in these but they are soo nice i don't really care and cant wait to wear them!

New York, New York!

So as I said in my previous post I got the amazing opportunity to go to NYC with my fashion class and it was one of the best experiences of my life.The food , the people and seeing soo many different style's was amazing!

                        

               

              

 I got to visit soo many iconic places Central , Times square , Fifth avenue, Wall street but  SOHO was by far my favourite, it had a great vibe to it and sort of reminded me of london in a way!

 Even though I only went for a week, NYC has become one of my favourites places ,I definitely plan on going back and hopefully one day live there!
